E-Design, Flat Fee Package
If you'd like to make some changes to your home we hope we can help through our economical E-Design, Flat Fee Package. This great value package provides everything you need to re-design a room in your home whilst avoiding costly mistakes in buying furniture, paint & fabrics which you later decide you don't like, which don't fit in the space or simply don't work together to form a cohesive look!

For a single fee of just £1,500 (+VAT) you choose the main 5 pieces you would like sourced and we will add 5 more accessory pieces so you have a complete design. You will receive an image board similar to the one below, a floor plan to show where everything fits & how it should be arranged together with a costed source list for you to shop from. The E-design process takes around 4 weeks from receipt of your questionnaire and payment.

HOW IT WORKS
We will ask you to complete an email questionnaire that provides us with details of the space you wish to design (photos of the room, dimensions etc) your preferred choice of colour(s), the five main items you would like us to source & the budget you have available. Based upon your specifications we will then produce a design to meet your brief.

Your finished board will contain:

Five main pieces (eg, sofa, chairs, coffee table, side tables & mirror)
Five accessory pieces (eg, lamps, rug, vase, pictures, throws or decorative accessories)
Three paint colours to suit the scheme
Three curtain fabrics to suit the scheme
Three cushion fabrics (or upholstery fabrics if required) to suit the scheme
You will receive a priced list of all of the items above together with details of where to buy them. If you prefer, we will gladly order everything for you and arrange for delivery directly to your home for you. There is a small administration fee of £150 for this service (PLEASE NOTE the actual goods are NOT included in the design fee).
